We have same problem. It's bacause rendering in list view is different in SP2010. We use XSL Transformation for special render logic in list view.

The Skype status is not displayed in list views. This is however suggested on the home page.

Are there any plans to create a version that shows the Skype Status in a (contact) list?

Hi Hubert I would like to be able to click to call in the List view as well as the item view. Is this possible?

HI,

I have deployed wsp file of SPSkypeStatus field and it is working in my sharepoint 2010 But when i add the column with skypelogin type i can see only the skype account name in the list view i cannot able to see the availablity status .

Can any one help me out to solve this.

How about a version that does not serve the images off skype.com but off the local server, so you don't get warnings about mixed secure and insecure contents when using it on a secure sharepoint site via hhtps?

Acording to the info the functionality works when clicked on status. But nothing happens, have tried it with all the four options.

Any suggestions?
